    2. Medical Clearance Required

    A provider must grant medical approval before any order is processed. Once you are cleared, your payment method will be charged, and your order will be forwarded to the pharmacy for fulfillment.

    3. Shipping and Fulfillment

    Approved medications will be shipped directly to your home from a licensed compounding pharmacy.

    • Typical delivery timeframe: 3 to 7 business days

    • Shipping times vary depending on pharmacy processing and carrier schedules

    • Tracking details will be provided once available

    4. Shipping Area Restrictions

    We only ship within the state of North Carolina (NC).

    • Orders with shipping addresses outside of NC will not be accepted or fulfilled

    • It is your responsibility to provide a valid NC shipping address at the time of consultation or checkout

    5. Shipping Fees
